Hey Team,

Twitter was found by myself at the back of
LogiScape Blog. I have found it most interesting
and perhaps helpful.

What is it?

Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected
through the exchange of quick, frequent answers
to one simple question:

What are you doing?

Seems this has been around sine 2006 ...Where
have I been? In less than 12 hours I had already hooked up with a friend from long ago.

Plus one of our lost Team members here and
several Marketer Lookie-loos.... So Team
what do you think is it worth perhaps once a day spending 10 minutes connecting with a new
friend?

Anyone using it already? Feedback please!

If you run an ecommerce site or sell anything online,
you may have considered using Twitter as a marketing tool.

But it's possible to use the power of Twitter in a much more
subtle manner.

For example, if someone posts a tweet saying that they've
bought something from your ecommerce site, that's a reason
for celebration.

On a superficial level it means that you've made a sale and
other people may find your store. But on a deeper level it
may give you a significant amount of information about
your new customer.

Where else could you get such a large amount of information
about the type of people that buy from your ecommerce store?

So take a close look at their previous tweets. Read their
thoughts, ideas, opinions, likes, dislikes, attitudes etc.

Try to get inside their head and draw as many conclusions
about about them as possible.

What type of customer are they? Why did they buy? What
were their buying priorities? How old are they? What type
of lifestyle do they lead? What other interests do they have?

Build up a profile of the type of customers that you attract.
Does this match the type of customers you're trying to attract?
If not, why not, and what can you do to change things? etc etc.

Use your Twitter insight to provide your customers with exactly
what they want.
