James you can get the form code up by going to your settings then selecting the formatting tab then scroll down to Convert Line Breaks and change it to no and make sure you click save settings at the bottom.

Update: OK, on my LCP I couldn't get the TE links to center properly, so I've just changed it to left margin everything.
